Heidi Yi Mineral Cosmetics Review and Giveaway!--Ends September 26, 2011

As you know, I am a big fan of mineral makeup and have reviewed and discovered some exciting companies and products to share with you in the process.  One such find is Heidi Yi Cosmetics based in Australia that I recently worked on for this review and giveaway. 

I was sent the Heidi Yi Mineral Foundation in Warm Beige (for light olive skin).  This pure superfine powder instantly adhered to their fluffy hair kabuki brush and made application a breeze with the amazing benefit of built in sun protection and being naturally waterproof.

The color was a beautiful choice for my light with a yellow toned complexion and gave sensational coverage while feeling practically weightless on my skin.   I also loved how silky the texture of this mineral foundation was to the touch without artificial colors, paraben preservatives, and petroleum-based chemicals that often are found in non-mineral cosmetics. 

Another thing which impressed me was this makeup is very gentle and ideal for anyone, especially those with sensitive skin since Heidi Yi Cosmetics are registered with NICNAS (the governing body in charge of cosmetic ingredients approval).  Each ingredient in all their formulas is rigorously tested for safety and approved  for all world markets! 

I also was sent the Sunkiss Mineral Bronzer.  The color was rather dark for my fair complexion as a bronzing powder, but I dusted some into the hollows of my cheeks for contour, which defined my cheekbones when finally I highlighted with the Frosted Plum Blush. 

The Frosted Plum Mineral Blush is a striking way to blush with the Heidi Yi Blush brush, leaving cheeks with a sheer glow of shimmering pinkish-plum color for instant radiance.

I really am excited about Heidi Yi Cosmetics and would love to try more products from this company in the future.  It gives a consumer a peace of mind knowing product safety as well as artistry matter when it comes to selling quality cosmetics.
