I just heard from one reader that there is a problem today tweeting the giveaways. I believe this problem has something to do with the tiny.cc shortcut.
If you want to get your daily tweeting entry, then instead of using the http://tiny.cc/i36bm just use: http://nuts4stuff.blogspot.com/ in the twitter tweet until advised. This works from my own testing to get your entry through.
I would appreciate hearing from any other blogger experiencing this same problem to drop me an email or leave a comment about this.

I had a problem and just took off the http part and my tweet went though just fine.
Happened to me, too. I just replaced with the full-length url and all is well.
