|Keranique Clean & Condition Set ($49)|
According to the literature, both products contain a special keratin amino complex formulated to strengthen and thicken hair from breakage as well as improving the look of split ends. With use, the hair is meant to gain volume and shine from its renewed health.
The Keranique Scalp Stimulating Shampoo is sulfate-free and clear. I didn’t notice a scent, but it lathered up well without irritating my scalp as I shampooed.
Since I immediately followed up the Volumizing Conditioner, I can understand how stimulation of hair follicles might be accomplished with its peppermint and menthol once I applied some of it. My scalp did tingle in the process during the recommended one to two minutes that I need to leave this on before rinsing it out.
Upon finishing my blow-drying and styling, my hair did have some extra shine with more fullness to it. Yet, my dry hair didn’t feel quite as soft. I have used the Keranique Clean & Condition Set several times, but needed to stop because it kept irritating my scalp more each time and was making dry hair drier.
This is my experience with Keranique Clean & Condition Set. Your experience could be completely different so do keep that in mind.
