ENJOY Hair Care Shaping Lotion, Nourishing and Moisturizing Oil and Hair Spray Review + ($66) Giveaway!–Ends May 13, 2015

Warm weather is the time you might want more of a carefree hairstyle.  If so, you probably need to switch some hairstyling products along to suit the style as well as the conditioner for your hair. With ENJOY Hair Care’s Shaping Lotion, Nourishing and Moisturizing Oil, and Hair Spray that I have been using, I could have found your answer as well for summer hair maintenance.

As you know, I have some natural curl to my hair, which lets me go from curly styles to straighter ones just by adapting the products and using my diffuser. As one that never tried ENJOY’s Shaping Lotion ($23), I thought this product just might come in handy when you want the least amount of fuss for giving some soft control.  

By the time I finished drying my hair, I had more fuller curls through my layers that were soft and shiny without feeling tacky to the touch.  My curls had movement but they weren’t all over the place or frizzing out on me even though it was raining when I tried it.

ENJOY Nourishing & Moisturizing Oil

Though it is not summer yet, the more time I like to spend outdoors to soak up the sun, which can dry and damage the hair.  To prepare in advance, I thought testing ENJOY’s Nourishing and Moisturizing Oil ($24.95) on my hair now was in order since it could use a bit of help. This product has natural oils, antioxidants and fortifying vitamins like sesame, avocado, coconut, macadamia, evening primrose, safflower, and grape seed oils to deeply moisturize and condition along with vitamins E, A, B, and D.

This leave-in conditioning spray did a great job restoring gloss and softer feel to my hair.  You can also use this oil on the face, which I didn’t try yet.  I will do that once I finish my current skin care testing.

I also tried ENJOY’s Hair Spray ($18).  This has a firm, but flexible hold that kept my hair in place without hardening it like I had on a hard hat.  It also dried fairly fast and went back to shape after taking my brush to it later.

Men are just as concerned about how their hair looks and behave as women. ENJOYMEN Fiber ($14.95) is for a high shine with great hold.  My guy liked this product for creating an edgier, disheveled look.  He liked the fact that the hold was strong enough to give his hair definition without leaving the hair hard or sticky, which we both liked.

ENJOYMEN Clay ($14.95) is the one he favored more for work.  This product lacked the shine of Fiber with a mild hold that restyled easily. Sand was the ingredient that helped give it a modern and flexible texture that he could adjust.

ENJOYMEN Texture ($14.95) was something he had also used often for a casual look when out with friends.  This one has more a matte finish with a strong hold that allowed him to fluff and puff sections of his hair nicely.

Between us, I think he is becoming more obsessed experimenting with his hair than ever now that he found the ENJOYMEN stylers.  He insists on trying ENJOYMEN Pomade next just to see the difference and compare them.

I just know my guy looks great and has an extra bit of confidence about his appearance. Your man is probably going to be pulling out his hair soon with the hassle of holiday shopping and family gatherings so give him one less worry--his hair.

My hair is challenging to say the least.  For one, my hair is quite thick and forceful since it wants to grow down.  I also have waves and curl to it, which can call for different products before I can look presentable.  Therefore, I was eager to experiment with ENJOY Professional Hair Care's Styling Gel, Texture Cream, and Molding Paste that I selected for this review and giveaway and put them through the Mary B. test.

I started with the ENJOY Texture Cream.  After I shampooed and my hair was still damp, I squeezed out a small amount and rubbed it between my hands before running my fingers to work it through where needed.  This product built texture in the layers of my waves and curls without making my hair feel greasy or sticky.  I found it gave me a less-structured sort of curl with a gentle, flexible hold.

Controlling this stubborn side sweep of hair to allow only a wispy bang on my forehead was something I thought better suited for ENJOY Molding Paste.  Usually, I use wax or molding putty to manage it.  However, this product was very good for holding most of that forceful hair back so I will save it just for that purpose.

The ENJOY Styling Gel was also what I was curious about.  The next time I shampooed, still damp, and ready to style, I applied some of this lightly scented gel to the sides and back of my hair before I dried and took my ceramic brushes to it.  This product left me with a softer curl as well as increased shine.  What I appreciated was the fact it didn't feel like I had a lot of goo in my hair since it was so lightweight.

Sometimes, it can be hit or miss when it comes to finding a great shampoo or conditioner that responds like a winner when it comes to your hair.  Who hasn't had formulas that claim fantastic miracles and leave your hair lifeless and unmanageable?  However, I got to test ENJOY's Sulfate-Free Luxury Shampoo and Conditioner and was supremely happy with the results and here's why.

You immediately notice a beautiful scent once you open the product.  The Luxury Shampoo is so thick and creamy in a color-holding, sulfate-free formula that gently cleanses and moisturizes with penetrating soy protein that gives it almost a mini treatment.  You also need to use very little due to the consistency, which really helps make a bottle last.

The Luxury Conditioner has even a thicker consistency in a color-holding formula.  Following my normal routine, I applied a small amount after shampooing.  I allowed it to remain about two minutes or so to reek its benefits before rinsing.

Once I finished blow-drying and styling my hair, I am pleased to report this was an awesome combo.  My hair behaved and wasn't too soft like some shampoos and conditioners can make it.   Both products also gave my hair a beautiful gloss that brought me a compliment.
