This recipe is for, perhaps, the easiest pie in the universe! Regardless if you're a master baker, an inexperienced one, or just someone that loves desserts but finds no time to whip one up, then I think you'll want to try this recipe. This is so delicious that you need to sample this one yourself. This is the perfect pie to make when you're desperate for something sweet but feel lazy to bake, but still want it.
You don't fool around with pie crust for this one. Yes, you heard me. This particular pie will do its magic and blend together to make a pie crust of its own.
All you do is get our mixing bowl, throw all the ingredients, beat with a whisk or your electric mixer, and then pour into a greased and floured 9-inch glass pie plate and bake.
If we all didn't live so far apart, then I would have invited everyone over for a slice because this is the kind of pie that great to share with friends. I would have just been busy baking for a little while, but I know you would have enjoyed it as much as I would have meeting each of you!
