Making Your Own Homemade Clarifying Shampoo Is Simple As Well As Inexpensive to do!

Styling products are a necessary part of our lives.  However, they do have one pitfall.  In time, they can cause a buildup and dull our hair.  Of course, you a buy a clarifying shampoo to solve the problem or you could try this simple homemade fix.

All you need to have on hand is a box of baking soda and whatever shampoo you are using.  The amount will vary depending on how much hair you have, but try this formula.  Later, you can adapt and reduce or increase the measurements to suit your head.

Homemade Clarifying Shampoo

1 tablespoon of baking soda
2-1/2 tablespoons of shampoo

Measure out about one tablespoon of baking soda and add it to about 2-1/2 tablespoons of shampoo.

Be sure the baking soda gets thoroughly mixed before shampooing with it.

This lathers up even more due to the soda and will remove that styling residue cheaply.
