How You Cleanse Your Face Matters Just As Much As Product If You’re Longing for a More Beautiful Complexion!

This beauty knows a bit of  knowledge makes the difference for glowing, flawless skin.

No matter how much you pay for your facial cleanser, you are shortchanging your complexion if you are cleansing in the wrong way.  In order to help your skin thrive, you should keep a few things in mind first. These few changes can improve the look and health of your complexion more than you may realize.

Regardless of the formula of your cleanser, you need to remember that piling it on to dislodge your grime and makeup is never a good idea.  The less concentrated those ingredients, the better off your skin will be.

For your skin’s optimal health, get into the habit of always diluting a small amount of your liquid cleanser with some water first instead of applying too much of the product.  By doing so, you treat your complexion more gently and help the pores breathe instead of possibly risk suffocating them with any remaining product residue, grime, and makeup that could linger and cause any adverse reaction.

Cleansing your complexion too often is a big mistake.  If you have dry skin, it can add to the dryness. If you have an oily complexion and are under the impression that cleansing your face often is going to help, then what you are doing is stimulating your skin’s oil production instead, only to make your complexion greasier. Your goal is cleansing your face no more than twice a day.

Something else that is equally important is the way you rinse that cleanser off.  One quick splash of water to rinse after cleansing is hardly enough.  You need to rinse the cleanser thoroughly.  Give yourself at least 10-15 splashes to help break those ingredients down with the final splash of cool water to close the pores.

I hope that you try these recommendations because they will help your complexion  and pave a path to true beauty!
