Naja’s inspiration came from a combination of an Aspen Winter sky and swinging fringes so popular on the runaways now. Therefore, she selected the Apres-Chic platinum metallic polish to blanket the nails before applying the Fashion Flares fuschia and black glitter suspended in a clear coat over top that will catch the light for a stylish and festive effect.
With the instruction card, you can’t make mistakes.
