The box of Personail Nail Polish Strips that I found was in the Charmingly Cute design. To be perfectly honest, I don’t use nail strips so this will be going to my friend’s daughter along with the Beauty Box 5 Temporary Tattoo. I know a lot of people love any sort of tattoo, but I can’t see marring my body with artwork or a name even temporarily in my everyday life.
The Mai Couture Blush Papiers was an interesting concept, but it would have been nice to get more than two single uses of one warm pink and another peach tone blush. After all, a pack of 50 of their makeup sheets retails for $15.
The Pur-Lisse Blue Lotus Eye Adore Serum harasses ocean power with blue lotus, an anti-inflammatory agent. This serum derives Matrixyl 3000 and Haloxy from marine plants to help reduce puffiness and under eye darkness. I just started using it and like the hydration it provides.
The Glamour Dolls Glitter Eyeliner is a wild blue color called Skylar 05. Bright blue liner is the latest trend this Spring so I might just give it a whirl. Since blue is the opposite of brown on the color wheel, this contrast may really set my dark eyes off.
Though it has a lovely jasmine-freesia scent, I am disappointed in the size of the Colour Me Sky Blue Fragrance. There was hardly much to this sample.
From my calculations, Beauty Box 5 for March 2016 was a decent value. However, it just was not one of their best boxes in my opinion. Now I’m extra curious what next month’s box will consist of. How about you?
