Classic Ivory is on the left with Soft Beige on the right. |
Unlike the European version, this drugstore liquid foundation does not have a pump dispenser once you lift that cap. The colors I tried were Classic Ivory (light beige with a hint of pink) that was a nice shade for my fair warm complexion and Soft Beige (slightly darker warm beige), which would work more for contouring in my case.
Above I swatched both foundations. On the left is Soft Beige with Classic Ivory closest to my wrist. |
The good news that I found was Rimmel’s Match Perfection Foundation evened out my skin tone and minimized pores for a lovely, dewy finish without feeling heavy or overly greasy.
I wish that I could say this Match Perfection continued to keep my complexion as beautiful the longer that I wore it. Unfortunately, this foundation settled into my laugh lines in a relatively short time. I think younger complexions without a crease or line for this to migrate to would not face the same problem and would appreciate the coverage so check it out wherever you buy Rimmel Cosmetics if this applies to you!
