Do you have some small treasures, but don’t want to invest in a safe? Here is an inexpensive solution that can help.
Find yourself a thick hardcover book that you don’t want to read anymore. What you want to do is go to about the middle of the book and then cut a square out to accommodate your little item. After you place your treasure inside, tape the pages of that section so when you close the book and place it on your book shelve, you’ll have your DIY safe in view.
Be sure to remember, which book has your treasure. Keep a note of the title of the book you used for this purpose, just in case you forget which one it was.
