You can do a lot with these 12 shades. |
Neutral makeup shades are the easiest to wear. They never seem to let you down like bolder colors that can show flaws of aging eyes. For that reason, I always seem to gravitate toward products that can supply that more natural look. When I spied PUR Cosmetics new Soiree Diaries Eyeshadow Palette, I was already smitten at what I saw.
This palette has 12 creamy shades of vegan, gluten and paraben free eye shadows that blend like a dream in a section of four mattes, satins and shimmers. The colors are gorgeous, bursting with pigment and wonderfully long-lasting.
Starting on the left is Cosmo, then Dazzle, Twilight, Glitzy, Epic, Snazzy, Stunner, Splurge, Mogul, Gala, Socialite and ending with Private Party on the left. |
Private Party is an off-white tinged with pale pink.
Socialite is cream with just a hint peach.
Gala is the pale orange-brown.
Mogul is a bone color with a tad of yellow to it.
The second row includes some appealing matte shades. Here the colors range from medium to deep tones.
Splurge is sort of a camel-brown.
Stunner is more of a brown with some copper.
Snazzy is a deep brown glazed over with a hint of plum.
Epic is a dark, cool brown,
The third row is reserved for the shimmery shades.
Glitzy is a gleaming burnished gold.
Twilight is rose gold with traces of peach.
Dazzle is a rosy taupe.
Cosmo is a shimmering umber.
I happen to adore this palette because you have a lot of ways to vary a natural look as far as highlighting, contouring and crease colors go or to do a smoldering smoky eye.
