The next time you get the urge for a doughnut or a candy bar stop before you pop those empty calories into your mouth.   Let me assure you that those choices  won't stop your hunger pangs or help your figure.  However, I have something better that will help break that habit so you can still enjoy scrumptious sweets without bombarding your diet because you're starving.

Loving these nutrition bars as adamantly as I do, then let me tell you why Balance Bar isn't just a typical energy bar.  I have been testing all different flavors and varieties of their line because they are the best in my opinion for filling you up with 14 grams of protein per bar, possess more vitamins and minerals than a typical daily multi- vitamin (especially in the vitamin B department), have about 200 calories each and also fiber.

As to my recent delicious findings, I dare anyone to compare the taste of the Mocha Chip Balance Bar for your favorite yummy chocolate candy bar.  The only difference is that this bar is softer texture like a Milky Way with coffee flavor and tiny chocolate chips to intensify that luscious flavor.

The Balance Bar Almond Brownie flavor is a denser and chewier bar, crammed with so much chocolate and almond pieces that you think this more a brownie than a plain nutrition bar.

Their Chocolate Peanut Butter Carb Well bar will please anyone that loves peanut butter cups.  Nibble this slowly and enjoy every bite with only two grams of carbs because this is just as incredibly good.

The next variety I sampled was their Balance Bar Cafe Chocolate Almond Biscotti.  This was a crisper bar with sort of a lemony twist mingling with chocolate and almond. 

When the craving for lemon meringue pie hits, I think you need to grab their Balance Bar Gold Lemon Meringue Crunch Bar.  Inside, dear readers, you are treated to three soft layers of lemony delight that will make you smile while chewing.

The Nimble Balance Bar is a cutie that you need to carry in your handbag or pack in your child's lunch.  This is a shorter bar with 10 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber, 10 grams of lutein, beta-carotene, vitamins C, D, B6, and E, calcium, iron and only 120 calories when you want something small just to help satisfy quickly when you're in a rush.  

I tried the Nimble Yogurt Orange Swirl and it reminded me of an orange cream sickle only in soft chewy texture.  

With Balance Bar, you have tons of scrumptious possibilities that will pep up with nutrition without filling you up with calories! 

I love this company so much that I should work for them.  After all, who better to sell Balance Bar or promote them than someone that genuinely loves them as much as yours truly!

Since I first discovered Balance Bar with that Valentine Day's chocolate assortment of protein bars, I have become a huge fan of this company.   Their products are delicious, but also are an excellent source of protein (with 15 grams per bar) and loaded with vitamins, minerals, and fiber.  Even better still, these bars can satisfy hunger better than others that I have tried.

Recently, I received their newest addition to their line--the BARE Blueberry Acai bars.  Unlike the candy-like chocolate bars I first sampled, these are crisper bars with lots of dried blueberries, sunflower seeds and acai juice powder from organic agave and brown rice syrup.  These bars have a coating of yogurt at the bottom and a sprinkling of rolled oats at the top for more crunch.                                   

You can eat these for extra energy or a quick meal at 200 calories while supplying your body with 19 vitamins and minerals, including plenty of antioxidants. 

Although these were very good, my favorites were the softer chocolate versions that fooled me more into thinking I was eating candy instead of protein bars.  

Whatever your taste demands, then Balance Bar can accommodate you with something healthy that you will enjoy eating.  Do check their products out because you can't go wrong!

You will love all eight different varieties of chocolate that this Balance-tine Day Chocolate Gift Assortment from the Caramel Nut Blast, Chocolate Craze (my favorite one with chocolate chips and chocolate coating over more chocolate), Chocolate Mint Cookie Crunch, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Cookie Dough, Double Chocolate Brownie, S'mores (second favorite with graham cracker a bit of marshmallow filling and covered with chocolate), and Triple Chocolate Chaos (a tie for second place that reminds you of chocolate with chocolate fudge and topped with milk chocolate).
