HBL Hair Care Thermal Styling System

Ultra sexy hair can happen (even with problem hair), if you only devote a little extra time in protecting those vulnerable tresses first.  In my case, I have thick, color-treated hair that suffers continual abuse from styling tools and coloring not to mention tangling and frizz from natural waves and curl.  Nonetheless, beautiful hair is still possible with a little forethought.  One good way to start is with the HBL Thermal Styling System that was sent to me for this review and giveaway.

Start with the HBL Leave-In Conditioner after shampooing.  All you need is a small amount of this low 3.5 to 4  pH formula (about the size of a nickel for my length of hair) to my towel-dried hair.  After I rubbed this conditioner through, I got my wide tooth comb to make the product  distribute evenly. What I noticed was how easily the comb maneuvered through the knots in my hair with a pleasant light fragrance.   You will be amazed at how soft and revitalized your hair becomes from aloe vera, silk protein and panthenol among the other beneficial ingredients.

Thermal Styling Spray was what I usually followed up with next.  You can use it on dry or wet hair, but I preferred it after I freshly conditioned with their leave-in product.  I sprayed my hair for that coating of protection before I went to work playing with blow dryer and curling iron.

The Shine & Seal product was incredible with their silicone, silica, Argan Oil and vitamin E enriched formula.  Like a cherry on top of a delicious sundae, I applied just a pea-size dab of this super power to my already glorious hair for a sweet finish of a high impact shine!

I have used this HBL Thermal Styling System as a group and at times alone depending on the needs and the
behavior of my hair at the time.  What I found was either way you use these products, and you will be happy.  All the HBL hair products that I have tried so far have been amazing and I love them.

HBL Hair Care Volumizing Shampoo, Conditioner, and Spray Mousse Review and Giveaway!--Ends February 6, 2012

HBL Hair Care Volumizing Shampoo, Conditioner, and Spray Mousse.jpeg
HBL Hair Care Volumizing Shampoo, Conditioner, and Spray Mousse

You might be wondering why I wanted to review HBL Hair Care's Volumizing Shampoo and Conditioner since I do have thick hair.  Since I have layers and some natural curl in my hair, I have found the volumizing products often perform very nicely on my hair to pump up those curls even further.  Being already aware of how amazing the HBL Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner leave the hair, I was curious how these products would work in regard to making most of my layers.

The HBL Volumizing Shampoo has Jojoba Seed Oil and Keratin Amino Acids for repairing and strengthening the hair.  In addition, there are silk proteins for manageability and shine.  This shampoo is also safe for my color-treated hair and was sulfate-free.  The smell alone of this product was enchanting as it worked into a rich lather of fragrant foam.

After I rinsed, I added some of the HBL Volumizing Conditioner with Vitamins A, B, E, which act as natural antioxidants while Panthenol helps with thickening and moisturizing.  A host of silk proteins is also in this formula to boost hair's volume without weighing it down.  Even with a lot hair, I found this conditioner did a great job for untangling hair as well.

The new HBL Spray Mousse is unique and will save you from applying too much mousse as we often do.  Unlike the typical foam that you pump to expand in your hand, this one can be sprayed on the spot where it is needed for better control.

I liked how the Panthenol in this mousse turned up the volume of my layers so my waves and natural curl appeared fuller.  The Glycerin in this HBL Spray Mousse worked wonderfully as a humectant for a soft, pliable touch while the special resins provided a gentle luster of revitalized, more beautiful hair.

I really think these products from HBL Hair Care are excellent.  Regardless of your hair type, if you have layers like mine and want to build up your natural curl or waves, then I do suggest that you check these out.  However, if you are not sure of which products are the best for your hair type, you can get hair help with their product selector tool to help you figure it out.  Do check that page because it can guide you to the best one for you.

HBL Hydrating Hair Care System
What woman or man for that matter doesn't want beautiful hair?  Sometimes, hair though causes us problems that can ruin that ideal image we need to project.  Fortunately, I received some wonderful products from HBL Hair Care that addressed my own dry, damaged hair that I want to share with you in this review and giveaway.

Like most women, I put my hair through a lot in my effort to get the hairstyle I'm after.  I color it with chemicals, overheat it with my blow dryers, curling irons, electric rollers, and in the process fry it to a crunchy texture when rubbed with my fingers.  As a result, I have a stash of conditioners and treatments that I faithfully turn to help repair all that damage I do in order to look my best.

When I had the chance to test these three HBL Hydrating Hair Care products, I was happy to oblige and volunteer my head for experimentation.

First off, the HBL Hydrating Shampoo is a luxurious, thick shampoo that has a wonderful fresh scent as it gently cleansed with Panthenol, Keratin Amino Acids, and silk proteins.  Those ingredients provide moisture, strength, elasticity, and work together to repair damage.

Next, I sampled the HBL Hydrating Conditioner, which also has Keratin Amino Acids, silk protein, antioxidants and lots of vitamins in a surprisingly lightweight formula for such a rich blend of intense moisturizing and hair salvation ingredients.

I was curious and eager to see how my hair reacted using just those two HBL Hydrating products so I dried and finished styling my hair.  I must admit I saw a wonderful improvement once I saw and felt my hair.

Nonetheless, I had to see what the HBL Hair Masque would do to top that hair upgrade.  Therefore, the next day, I applied some after shampooing again with their product and waited impatiently as I dried and then styled my hair.

Let me tell you what framed my face was hair that was radically changed and flattering with super shine and incredible softness.  The strands had a silk texture that you needed to keep feeling to really appreciate.

If you have issues with your hair that needs serious help, then I honestly think you need to check out HBL Hair Care and see the line that's appropriate for your needs.  I really loved my new HBL Hydrating Shampoo, Conditioner, and Masque and will continue using these.

If you're not sure which products best suits your hair, then you need to check out their product recommendator.  This is a helpful tool to end any uncertainty.

Thanks to HBL Hair Care, one lucky Nuts 4 Stuff reader in the United States wins a HBL Hydrating Shampoo (10.1 fl. oz.), Hydrating Conditioner (10. 1 fl. oz.), and Hair Masque (6.7 oz.) ($102.85 total value)!
