Modern Greek Apothecary, Korres, came out with some lovely natural fragrances to tempt us with like this darkly luscious fragrance that arrived for this review.  Imagine the sweetness of a gourmand and the haunting notes of a woody-floral in perfect harmony is how I would describe their new Black Sugar Oriental Lilly Violet Eau de Toilette.

This fragrance opens deliciously with its sweetness.  Yet, it is not overdone but more of a sprinkling of sugar to coat the lily, which adds a delectable quality to balance the floral along with a splash of inviting vanilla.

Writing a daily blog and being proud of what you put out always doesn't magically appear just because you sit down to pour out your thoughts on the computer. There are times when the brain is less than cooperative and could use a kick start to get those creative juices flowing again.  Therefore, I was very happy when I received stimulating aromatherapy in the mail with ADORAtherapy's Gal on the Go Mood Boost Spray in Smart.

Using pure natural ingredients created with organic essential oils, the ADORAtherapy Mood Boost  line has seven unique formulas to use scent to change a person's prospective for a better outlook.  Smart has energizing action with top notes of lemon and grapefruit to help increase concentration and clear your thoughts. 

This scent is not overly crisp with freshness as it develops.  Instead, it is a pleasantly softer citrus blend with herbs.  I wish I could say it significantly increased my brainpower, however, that would be farfetched.  What the ADORAtherapy Gal on the Go Mood Boost Spray accomplished was help me relax somewhat after a few sprays to focus on the task of writing.

Garden Botanika Pre-Mixed Perfumes 

Heart happens to be Garden Botanika's best-selling perfume.  I must admit that the fragrance is quite exquisite, but I truly think the company's other pre-mixed perfume blends should not be overlooked such as three extraordinary ones I tested for this review and giveaway of Sweet Violet, Balance, and Joy to The Girl.

Sweet Violet is the most intense of the trio with violet, mimosa, and rose awakened to the freshness of the bergamot that cuts the sweetness of the romantic floral notes delightfully, giving this fragrance bouquet an irresistible allure and sense of sophistication until musk turns this hypnotic blend warm and sensual with undeniable appeal.  This stunning perfume has dimension and character as its layers unfold to captivate like a good book that you can't put down.

Elegant and very feminine, Joy to The Girl is light and a sparkling floral that comes alive with beautiful notes of orange, white jasmine, cherry blossom, and rose.  Think of a warm sunny day as you walk through a garden with a slight breeze stirring the surroundings with greens and woods.  This blend is pure romance in a bottle.  And the longer you linger, the more you feel the heat as you pick up the sexy warmth of the woods and musk merging together to give this fragrance its ever so romantic bewitching quality.

Graceful beauty is the first word that comes to mind when I think of Balance.  Of this threesome, this Eau de Parfum is the gentlest of floral scents as it whispers to you in a soft refined voice with orchid, jasmine, and magnolia from the delicate balance.  Amber vanilla is the warmth behind this romantic essence to make it truly memorable and utterly feminine.  

I had never expected such overwhelming beauty, but there it was in these three pre-mixed blends.  Honestly, I was very impressed and highly recommend these.  As you can probably guess, Sweet Violet stole my heart with its complexity and how it bloomed to life.  Yet, Joy to The Girl was just as glorious only in a different way that also left a lasting impression.  Nonetheless, the serene notes of Balance were also hauntingly lovely like a pleasant dream you want to recapture from how softly it touches you. 

I definitely will be trying more of these fabulous pre-mixed perfume blends!  If you're unsure as to what scent would suit you the best, I suggest test drive any of their pre-mixed perfumes in a 0.17 fl. trial size for only $3.50!

Invigorate your senses through the power of aromatherapy and the allure of Ambre oil, the main natural essential oil behind the three haunting Ambre Blends perfumes.  This line is unisex and works by reacting to body chemistry to create scent as unique as you are, as it warms against your skin to bloom into something special. 

Using 100% natural ingredients each blend is hard to quite describe but the scent is clean, stimulating, and memorable once you experience it.  The feeling Ambre Blends evokes conjures up seduction whether you're wearing Solace, Ambre or my favorite Ivoke.

Invoke essence glides over your skin and scents it with sandalwood, pure jasmine, neroli and touch of rose for a soft, but definitely sexy perfume.

Solace had the same light, but stirring feel due to the Ambre oil, but had more vanilla and more of a comforting quality.

Ambre the original fragrance behind this line is flirty, but fun and slightly more provocative when I applied it. 

I was sent a Pure Oil Essence Roll-On, Spritzer, and Body Cream for this review.  I liked how each beautiful scent evolved over time and blossomed on my skin.  They also had lasting power!
