Pure extracts  like the Nielsen-Massey ones above make all the difference in your baking.

Holiday baking calls for special blends of pure extracts and extra flavorful exotic vanillas like the ones I was sent from Nielsen-Massey Vanillas when hoping to create memorable treats to share with family and friends.  This year, I am pleased to be working with them again with a review and giveaway of five of their extraordinary extracts.

Tahitian Pure Vanilla Extract is cherry-vanilla decadence.

Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Extract gives vanilla a hearty kick.
