This beauty knows how to manage cellulite with her perfect body--and you can too! |
Women, let’s face it, we all have the same problem of cellulite. Regardless how fit a body can be, cottage-cheese lumps called subcutaneous fat come with the female territory due to our unique hormones. Unlike our male counterparts, we also were gifted with larger fat storage chambers on our backsides, thighs and hips where all that fluid along with fat and trapped wastes turn into cellulite.
Our estrogen causes more fluid to build. What happens is when this particular hormone is released, the more it breaks down our bodies collagen and elastin fibers. In turn, those stretched out fibers and collagen gets pushed from their original spots and more outward against the skin, causing those unsightly dimples and puckering where there was none previously.
Though depressing, cellulite can improve with regular maintenance such as dry body brushing, diet, drinking more water, and using effective botanical ingredients that can help with circulation and in drawing the trapped fat and toxins out like this cellulite massage busting recipe a friend was kind enough to share with me.
In previous posts, I gave you a great DIY coffee scrub for this problem that does help move that cellulite. This DIY Cellulite Massage Oil that I am sharing with you won’t be the final answer to your prayers, but it does help further stimulate circulation and speed up the results with its combination of essential oils, if you hang in there and are patient.
To get the best results with this massage oil, I recommend stimulating the skin in those areas that need treated first. Apply this massage oil once you have bathed and dried off after using that coffee scrub or have dry brushed. Do this treatment at least once daily, twice a day is even better if you have time just don’t be too rough on yourself. Trust me, but you will begin noticing a gradual reduction over time.
Jojoba oil for the skin is highly moisturizing and beneficial with its minerals and vitamin E content. Besides, it won’t clog the pores to complicate the problem. It also won’t turn rancid as easily as some other oils to hold up better in this recipe.
As to the recipe, it is below. I do hope that you give it a try because my friend swears by it. I was so impressed with my progress so far that I couldn’t keep it to myself. I wanted to pass it along to all of you as well.
