L’Occitane L’Homme Cologne Cedrat Review--New in Time for Holiday Gift Buying!

*Disclaimer:  This post has been compensated through a free product (s) or monetary payment.  Opinions are solely mine. All links are "no-follow" links.**

L’Occitane L’Homme Cologne Cedrat.jpeg
L'Homme Cologne Cedrat has an added aquatic feel to the original.

When you are making out your holiday gift list and are thinking of fragrances for your guy, there is a very appealing new one from L’Occitane that you should be aware of.  I’m referring to their recent rendition of Cedrat that was reborn as L’Homme Cologne Cedrat.

The original Cedrat that I reviewed at an earlier date was a fresh woody-citrus scent that was inviting and pleasant without overpowering your senses as some male fragrances do with their brutal strength.  In fact, a woman would be tempted to wear this one.

L’Occitane’s New Version of Arlesienne Eau de Toilette Review

*Disclaimer:  This post has been compensated through a free product (s) or monetary payment.  Opinions are solely mine. All links are "no-follow" links.**

L’Occitane’s New Version of Arlesienne Eau de Toilette.jpeg
Your senses are in for another treat with this 2016 version of Arlesienne.
Have you heard that L’Occitane launched a new version of last year’s release of their Arlesienne fragrance?  Being such a fan of this mainly rose dominated bouquet, I wondered how this incantation would measure up.

The Arlesienne Eau de Toilette that I received opens with an energetic start of bergamot citrus against spicier saffron, which gives a sheerer, crisp freshness to those initial notes that soon are challenged by the intriguing, green notes of galbanum and the almond-like notes of hawthorn.

As Arlesienne warms further in the heart, the more its true floral-based self emerges with the graceful arrival of its star, namely rose, flaunting those petals like an elegant cape worn over a gown of honeyed and spicy notes of violet leaves and powdery, mysterious alluding notes of iris. Dressed in classic, feminine beauty, Arlesienne is romantic with a mysterious allure that you can’t help deny.
The base has a sensuality that is softly inviting by how magnetic it is with white musk, sandalwood and amber notes that give it such smoothness in its approach.

I fell in love with the original Arlesienne, which was brighter floral. Yet, I also am drawn to the new Arlesienne, which has a unique beauty of its own.  With its slightly crisper notes against sweet floral and velvety ones, you can’t help fall in love a second time.

If you are looking for a new fragrance or searching for beautiful fragrance gifts this holiday shopping season, I suggest visiting your local L’Occitane boutique or their website for the Arlesienne Eau de Toilette ($68) for 2.5 oz. You will be so happy that you stopped!

Protect Your Skin From Upcoming Cold Weather!–Review: L’Occitane Certified Organic Pure Shea Butter and 15% Shea Butter Foot Cream Can Help

*Disclaimer:  This post has been compensated through a free product (s) or monetary payment.  Opinions are solely mine. All links are "no-follow" links.**

L'Occitane Shea Butter Cream and Foot Cream.jpeg
Dropping temperatures call for more intensive skin care solutions.  Are you prepared?

Summer is fading fast with colder fall weather soon on our doorstep.  Just like that changing season, our skin becomes drier and needs more lubrication as those temperatures drop if we intend to protect it.  The ideal way is satisfying that need by nourishing certified organic skin care like the ones I tried with L’Occitane’s Pure Shea Butter and Dry Skin 15% Shea Butter Foot Cream.

L’Occitane’s Certified Organic Pure Shea Butter ($42) is concentrated and fair-trade approved, which made me feel extra good about applying.  This cream also is jammed with vitamin E to boost its healing effectiveness.  Being as thick as it is, I didn’t need to use all that much for extra dry areas like elbows, lips, cuticles to notice improvement.  You can use this on the face, feet or even to smooth brittle hair, but I prefer saving this more for those tough rough spots for how this rich, intensive formula can handle it.

Father’s Day Gift Idea--L’Occitane Mer & Mistral Collection Review

L’Occitane Mer & Mistral Collection Box.jpeg
L’Occitane Mer & Mistral Collection ($75)

Buying the men in your life a gift can be difficult.  However, L’Occitane en Provence has some tempting fragrance and skin care product gift sets that might easily solve the problem of what to buy this Father’s Day. A good choice might be the Mer & Mistral Collection from their La Collection de Grasse by perfumer, Karine Dubreuil.

L’Occitane Mer & Mistral Collection trio of products.jpeg
L’Occitane Mer & Mistral Collection trio of products

This is the time of year that everyone appreciates a lighter fragrance that won’t be cloying through the heat like this aquatic, unisex fragrance.   Think of inhaling ocean breezes mingling with pine, cypress and rosemary to enliven it and then freshened even further with brisk lemon and mandarin. This has the alluring air of the sea balanced against land, grounding it with an earthy, sexy appeal that completes itself in beautiful harmony from its fresh opening, stimulating heart to this scent’s soft, but evocative base due to its white amber, cedar and musk.

My guy thought it was more masculine of a fragrance than Cedrat and I agree.  In fact, he is quite fond of this fragrance ever since it arrived for this review and is wearing it now.

This Mer & Mistral Collection ($75) gift set has an Eau de Toilette (75ml), Shower Gel (175ml) and matching Body Lotion (175ml).  There are other great gift options L’Occitane has right now as well that start less than $25 from a Body Set Trio ($24) with three scents of soaps to lush shaving sets to other fragrances that would please.  Check this fragrance gift set out and other fine possibilities at L’Occitane online or their boutiques!

Review: L’Occitane en Provence’s NEW Shea Face Comforting Oil for Help in Winterizing Your Face!

**Disclaimer:  This post has been compensated through a free product (s) or monetary payment.  Opinions are solely mine. All links are "no-follow" links.**
L’Occitane en Provence’s Shea Face Comforting Oil.jpeg
L’Occitane en Provence’s NEW Shea Face Comforting Oil ($42)

Winter and its frigid temperatures can be the worst offenders to skin, especially if you have a dry, sensitive complexion like mine.  Though I have no control over what is going on outside, I tried a new skin care product from L’Occitane en Provence with their Shea Face Comforting Oil that can at least give your face a fighting chance against those elements!

The formula has plenty of antioxidants with 5 percent of vitamin E rich shea along with deeply-absorbing marula oils to encourage renewal as well as protect the skin’s natural moisture barrier with its intense hydration.

A few drops of this non-greasy feeling oil will be all you need to do your entire face.  Dismiss the notion that being an oil it will linger on top of your face.  On the contrary, it is fairly fast absorbing and sinks into the skin before you know it.

My dry skin can make my face feel tight after washing. This oil, however, soothed and made my complexion as soft as velvet accompanied by a healthy glow.

To be honest, I haven’t been using this product all that long to report on what it did for me on the wrinkle front.  Yet, I was just so thrilled with the radiance that it brought to my skin and how wonderfully it moisturized my dry skin that I had to share it with you now, especially with the severe winter storm about to hit the East coast.

Take it from me, if you’re looking to improve the health and look of your dry skin to survive this season’s harsh weather, then I would head to your closest L’Occitane boutique or visit their website online to order because this Shea Face Comforting Oil ($42) really does the trick to calm, abused winter skin and make it happy again!

Review: L’Occitane en Provence’s Nourishing Shea Butter Gift Set

L’Occitane en Provence’s Nourishing Shea Butter Gift Set.jpeg
L’Occitane en Provence’s Nourishing Shea Butter Gift Set

Winter weather has a tendency to zap so much moisture from our skin that it can leave us wanting.  As a result, we have increased dryness and chapping to cope with.  However, I have a wonderful suggestion to end that miserable cycle of skin abuse with L’Occitane en Provence’s Nourishing Shea Butter Gift Box that PR sent me to try.

This grouping of five products is the ultimate dry skin repair kit to keep your body, hands, and feet happy.

This $69 set that has a value of $103.50 contains:
- Shea Ultra Rich Body Cream 7.8 fl.oz
- Shea Ultra Rich Shower Cream 2.5 fl.oz
- Shea Extra Gentle Milk Soap 3.5 oz.
- Shea Butter Hand Cream 2.6 oz.
- Shea Butter Foot Cream 2.6 oz.

Honestly, I don’t which of the L’Occitane Shea Butter products among these five is my favorite because I love them each in their own way.  Their award-winning Shea Butter Foot and Hand Creams are great for softening up rough feet or chapped hands before you know it.  Yet, I do also adore bathing with the Shea Ultra Rich Shower Cream and Shea Extra Gentle Milk Soap for a pampering bit of luxurious body cleansing and completing my bathing ritual with smoothing on some of their luscious Shea Ultra Rich Body Cream.

If you suffer with dry skin like I do, then Nourishing Shea Butter Gift Box is the perfect gift that you can give yourself or anyone that you buy holiday gifts for.

Purchase a L’Occitane gift set this season and the company will donate $10 to Dress for Success to help prepare women for their job interviews.  Check it out because you will be glad that you did not only for yourself but by helping another in the true spirit of the holiday season!

Review: L’Occitane’s Cedrat Eau de Toilette for Men

**Disclaimer:  This post has been compensated through a free product (s) or monetary payment.  Opinions are solely mine. All links are "no-follow" links.**
L’Occitane’s Cedrat Eau de Toilette for Men.jpeg
L’Occitane’s Cedrat Eau de Toilette for Men

If you’re at odds about finding your guy a unique fragrance when shopping for him this holiday season, my pick is a fresh woody scent like L’Occitane’s Cedrat Eau de Toilette.  This one can do the trick.  I find it sexy without coming on too strong.

This scent starts out with a cool blast of citrus from the bergamot against robust notes of cedar bark.

However, this intense freshness soon fades once this fragrance warms in the heart with intriguing nutmeg and blue ginger to spice it up with a modern masculine appeal that you may not expect.  The fragrance seems to pick up more of a lighter lemon scent against the spice and wood that is quite interesting in how those notes meld together.

As this scent dries down in the base, those notes of cedar and cashmere woods make the perfect compliment to seduce with its inviting warmth.

Besides, the Cedrat Eau de Toilette ($58), the line also includes their After Shave Cream Gel ($34), Face Gel ($42), Pure Cleanser ($22), Shaving Gel ($20), Shower Gel ($20), Soap ($7), Stick Deodorant ($18), and a Zesty Cedrat Gift Set ($69).  Do visit L'Occitane or their stores and take a good look at Cedrat because it is a very appealing scent indeed!

L'Occitane's Divine Youth Gift Set.jpeg
L'Occitane's Divine Youth Gift Set

If you’re considering giving someone or yourself an anti-aging skin care set but don’t know where to start, I have a recommendation – L’Occitane en Provence’s Divine Youth Gift Set of four award-winning Immortelle line products.  What makes this line special is how the essential oils of organic Immortelle flower benefit the skin in bringing about increased cell turnover for a more beautiful complexion.

This $186 set comes with the Divine Cream (1.7 fl. oz.),  Divine Eyes (0.5 fl.oz.),  Divine Lotion (1.7 fl.oz.), and the Immortelle Precious Cleansing Foam (5.1 fl.oz.).  If priced separately, these four products would run $232 for a savings of $46.

I’ve used these products before and can tell you that you will see daily changes to your complexion over time with regular use.  My skin was smoother and more luminous to the point that it did lessen the look of fine lines and creases.

Trust me on this, anyone longing for prettier skin and a more youthful complexion will love getting the Divine Youth Gift Set that comes in its exclusive gold gift box.

Purchase a gift set this season and L’Occitane will also spread some holiday cheer by donating $10 to Dress for Success to help prepare women for their job interviews.  Not only will you be making that special person that you’re shopping for happy with this gift, but you’ll will be brightening up another person’s life in the process.  What a wonderful way of sharing the spirit of the holidays, don’t you think?  So do visit L'Occitane or any other boutiques and check this gift out.

Review: L’Occitane en Provence’s Immortelle Oil Makeup Remover and Precious Mist

Disclaimer: This post is based on a free product provided by a company as a press sample so that I may offer my own opinion, which may be the same or differ from yours.

 L’Occitane en Provence’s Immortelle Oil Makeup Remover.jpeg
L’Occitane en Provence’s Immortelle Oil Makeup Remover

The more we age, the more we need to treat our skin with respect.  Using a gentle touch when applying or removing makeup is just as essential as product to best preserve a youthful complexion.  With L’Occitane en Provence's Immortelle Oil Makeup Remover ($28),  you can stop worrying about how hard you are on your skin!

This product is really incredible with how quickly it can dissolve stubborn makeup, especially waterproof eye products as well as condition skin at the same time.  Being an oil, the Immortelle Oil Makeup Remover is very greasy after you pump a bit into your hand.  It does lather some when your rub your hands together before applying to your dry face and eyes.  Then you need to massage it in.   Later, I just rinsed it off and found how nicely that immortelle essential oil worked for softness and comfort without any traces of grease, only with beautiful hydration.

The Immortelle Precious Mist ($16) was just the thing my dry complexion thrived on for a quick boost of hydrating freshness during the day or after cleansing whether I went barefaced or used to set my makeup. With summer coming, this can be a skin savior with its immortelle floral water and hyaluronic acid for making my complexion feel good and glowing.

All I can say is to visit L’Occitane’s website or one of their boutiques and try these products for yourself.  I do think once you test them personally that you will be glad you took my advice.

Mother’s Day Gift Idea–Pamper Mom With L’Occitane en Provence’s Almond Smooth Collection! (Review)

L’Occitane en Provence’s Almond Smooth Collection.jpeg
L'Occitane's Almond Smooth Collection

If you’re still debating on what you should gift your mother with for Mother’s Day, then let me make a suggestion.  One of my all-time favorite body care lines is L’Occitane en Provence’s Almond Collection. These plant-based products lovingly nourish the skin with a lasting silky veil of fragrant moisture that has a powdery sweetness that is intensely beautiful in how it clings and tends to the skin.

The award-winning Almond Shower Oil is a delightful way to cleanse and hydrate with its almond and grape seed oils for benefits to the skin.  Use it in place of your shower gel for a luxurious bathing experience.  I love how this stuff doesn’t leave any greasy film behind only an intoxicating scented foam.  It is wonderful to use for shaving your legs with.

Their Almond Milk Concentrate is another award-winning product–-and rightly so for how this luscious scented cream melts into the skin and provides such a smooth and silky texture to your body.  With its powerful almond derivatives and walnut seed, this rich product seems to amplify that moisturizing I received from the Almond Shower Oil.
L'Occitane's Almond Shower Collection opened.jpeg
The Almond Smooth Collection from L'Occitane is valued at $104.50 but can now be had for $72!

The Almond Delicious Hands is one that any pair of hands would appreciate.  This awesome smelling cream is non-greasy and effective for improving the condition of hands.  You can even type without worrying that you will dirty the keys.

The Almond Delicious Paste is another gentle product that any woman would love to exfoliate her body with. This is the perfect compliment for spending time in the bath with the Almond Shower Gel.

Each Almond product that I’ve tried has been exceptional in its mix of almond oil and/or milk and almond extracts among its ingredients for what it did for superbly smoothing and softening the body while scenting the skin.

If you haven’t tried any Almond products, now is the perfect time for you and your mother to experience its wonders since the company has a great deal right now.  L’Occitane is offering a gift set of four of the products–-Almond Shower Gel (16.9 oz.), Almond Cream Concentrate (3.5 oz.), Almond Delicious Hands (1 oz.), and the Almond Delicious Paste (1.7 oz.) valued at $104.50 for just $72 in this Almond Smooth Collection!

Review: NEW Iris Bleu & Iris Blanc Eau de Toilette, Body Milk, and Perfumed Soap From L’Occitane en Provence–Fresh Floral Extraordinaire!

Iris Bleu & Iris Blanc Body Milk, Eau de Toilette, and Perfumed Soap from L'Occitane en Provence.

Just in time for Mother’s Day, I am happy to tell you that L’Occitane en Provence added another fragrance for women to their La Collection de Grasse.  Iris Bleu & Iris Blanc Eau de Toilette is their new fresh fruity-floral offering that is a sensory experience of feminine beauty.

This fragrance opens with a sparkling spirit from juicy top notes of invigorating citruses and black currant. Though pronounced, this composition is carefully orchestrated because once those notes further warm in the floral heart with iris and ylang-ylang along with peach and fig milk, it loses that stronger crispness and mellows. The result is an intriguing mix of fresh verus powdery notes that embody its radiant personality. As it dries down, the base notes of cedar and white musk softly entice and seduce.

The Iris Bleu & Iris Blanc Perfumed Body Milk ($27) is a pampering way to compliment the Eau de Toilette ($78) with that lovely scent.  This pink lotion is just what you need to richly moisturize the skin and keep that fragrance going even longer.

The Iris Bleu & Iris Blanc Perfumed Soap ($7) is a joyous luxury as well.  The fragrance seems to linger after washing with this gentle soap.

You may want to look into L’Occitane en Provence’s Iris Bleu & Iris Blanc products this year for gift giving for both your mother and yourself because you both deserve this sweet combo of fruits and flowers!

Immortelle Precious BB Creme SPF 30 From L’Occitane en Provence (Fair) Review + Swatches--A New Complexion Secret!

**Disclaimer:  This post has been compensated through a free product (s) or monetary payment.  Opinions are solely mine. All links are "no-follow" links.**
L'Occitane en Provence's Immortelle Precious BB Cream (Fair) product and swatch.jpeg
L'Occitane en Provence's Immortelle Precious BB Creme in 01 Pale-Fair.  If you fall in between Fair and Light, this shade is the perfect way to go. I like that it has enough beige that it worked beautifully with my coloring.

Now how happy you are with BB creams all depends on the ones you have tried.  Some as we all well know can be on the order of a tinted moisturizer with hardly any true coverage to satisfy any ongoing complexion issues.  On the other hand, there are others that can be real beauty time savers since they can brighten and give just as thorough coverage as any foundation, only while improving the complexion with its skin care ingredients and sun protection.  An exceptionally wonderful one is the new Immortelle Precious BB Creme SPF 30 from L’Occitane en Provence.

The Immortelle Precious BB Creme comes in three shades of Fair (the one that I tried), Light, and Medium. My complexion falls between fair and light, but I do have some yellow undertones.  According to the company’s description, Light would have the yellow tones better suited to my skin. However, I didn’t read that and went with the Fair since I have been finding that choice more accurate lately.

When I tried this product on, I was totally thrilled with the color for one.  It was a pale beige, only a more neutral one.  I do think I would have regretted the Light for my skin tone since it might have more orange to it.

As to this BB cream, the consistency flows out of the tube in a thin ribbon of rich cream.  This is not any runny liquid but something substantially thicker that once it touches your face it will immediately blend into your skin and become one with it.  It masks so well that you hardly see any pores while leaving you with beautiful brightness like someone just turned on a switch and lit you up from within.

The feel is so lightweight and comfortable, yet moisturizing on my dry skin.  At the same time, it wore very well while I had it on throughout the day.  It stayed put without settling into my laugh lines as some foundations can in the same amount of time and helped me look just as fresh.

I honestly love what L’Occitane en Provence has done with the Immortelle Precious Creme SPF 30 ($45). You, too, can witness a prettier complexion with this product.  You got to trust me on this–it happened for me and surely it will do the same for YOU!  Check it out.

Your Skin and Senses Will Love L’Occitane en Provence’s New Almond Velvet Youthful Body Serum and Velvet Balm (Review)

Almond Velvet Youthful Body Serum.jpeg
Almond  Velvet Youthful Body Serum

There’s reason to celebrate with the happy news I am about to share.  L’Occitane en Provence expanded their wonderful Almond line just in time for Spring, 2015 with two new products–Almond Velvet Youthful Body Serum and Velvet Balm!

I do not know whether it is the powdery sweet scent of almond blossoms or the lasting velvety feel that lingers on my skin that makes me such an ardent fan, but I am thrilled with what these products can do for coating my body with such luxurious moisture as well as my elevating my mood once that blissful scent takes over.  Let’s just say that I am giddy with pleasure every time that I apply and get into my “almond zone.”

The Almond Velvet Youthful Body Serum ($32) was everything I had hoped for how it absorbed and hydrated. This is a light pink serum capable of restoring the beauty of the skin with almond cells, almond and sunflower seed oils, and vitamin C for brightening while wrapping you into a blanket of a powdery sweet floral  fragrance enhanced with rose  without being sticky or greasy.

Another must-have product that you owe yourself to experience is their Almond Velvet Youthful Balm $60). This rich, pink tinted fragrant cream is a pampering concoction for the body with its bounty of active almond-powered natural ingredients formulated to help relieve dryness while also improving tonicity, slackening, fine lines, and skin irregularities. This is a beautiful indulgence for getting the softest skin surrounded by blend of almond blossoms and rosebuds.

Do treat yourself and try L’Occitane en Provence’s Almond Velvet Youthful Body Serum and Velvet Balm because it is a great way to usher in Spring or any season if you ask me.

A Celebration of Unsurpassed Beauty! L'Occitane's Pivoine Flora (Peony) Eau De Toilette Spray Review

Disclaimer:  This post is based on a free product provided by a company as a press sample so that I may offer my own  opinion, which may be the same or differ from yours.
L'Occitane's Pivoine Flora (Peony) Eau De Toilette Spray.jpeg
L'Occitane's Pivoine Flora (Peony) Eau De Toilette Spray

Ancient legend has it there once was a fairy of such extraordinary beauty that the gods out of jealousy turned Paeonia into a peony flower, locking her magnificence forever into countless intoxicating petals.  Her gentle essence remained trapped through the ages-- that is until May 2010 when L'Occitane en Provence with the help of garden expert, Jean-Luc Riviere, helped release Paeonia from bondage through the fresh floral and green notes of their haunting Pivoine fragrance.

How L'Occitane managed to seduce Paeonia to delve into their bottles and share her unforgettable peony loveliness is a well-guarded secret.  Nonetheless, Pivoine Flora Eau de Toilette is so much more than a typical floral thanks to how well rounded the scent is with an abundance of lively green for balance.

Though a bit heady at the start, the top notes of bergamot and grapefruit light the sparkling path to subdue her unmeasured beauty of the peony as she magically moves upward.

The delicate heart is full of her warmth and love, flaying her fairy wings in the green leaves and the blooming bouquets of peony and rose as she celebrates her freedom.  Joyful to be back in nature, she flies singing a sweet romantic song admiring the breathtaking world around her.

The base is Paeonia resting after her busy day as she settles for the night.  This is reflected in the softness of sandalwood for her bed and white musk as her pillow when the fresh green floral of Pivoine Eau de Toilette becomes powdery and mesmerizing like it is gently rocking the branches cradling beautiful Paeonia to sleep.

C'est magnifique!  Any floral fragrance lover would adore L'Occitane's work with Pivoine, if they too had the chance to breathe in its magic essence.  This is perfect for those that seek a fresh green twist to their floral  with a whisper of a soft finish.

In fact, this peony fragrance would make an ideal Mother's Day gift so do look into it if you want to see a beautiful reaction on your mother's or wife's face.

What a way to welcome in Spring than with what L'Occitane captured to bottle in their new limited-edition Spring Cherry body care collection.  This is a very feminine fruity-floral that will blossom with untold fresh beauty from the moment you wear it just like the season of its inspiration!  I was fortunate to receive the Eau de Toilette Spray and the Velvet Moisturizing Body Gel to experience the French wonder for myself.

The fragrance is a happy mix of fresh floral and luscious fruits that play together in the warm sun.  Visualize an orchard of cherry trees loaded with fragrant white blossoms, gradually coaxed to share their sweetness by the golden rays of sun pouring over the Luberon Mountains.  So tempting is this nectar that butterflies and bees take flight, each competing to sample that fruity essence while a gentle breeze brings the scent of  its top notes of  blackcurrants and mandarin orange with it from somewhere off in the distance.

Laughter abounds from children running between the trees followed by a young woman chasing after them. With their oranges in hands, they stop at times and eat and then squirt the others with the citrus.

Once she catches up with her charges, the young woman takes them back to town where a cart with a flower seller persuades her to buy a bouquet of magnolia and freesia.  Soon she is dreaming of love and anticipating what romantic prospects Spring will bring for her, inhaling the flowers that combine with that brightness of that cherry perfume floating in the air.  Those are the notes of the heart.

The sounds of restless arguing children suddenly bring her back to reality.  Smirking to herself, she wants to scold them but she is too happy to do so.  Her heart is full of nothing but love.  Despite that broken magical spell induced by that sweetness, she laughs with pure joy before grabbing their hands as they skip along.

Before long, the wind  whips up an earthy scent to that perfume in the base with notes of woods, musk, and mysterious floral she can't pinpoint, a hint of the iris, perhaps?  Nothing those children do can stop her pleasure now and she knows this will be her time--the Spring when true love will find her!

Whether you chose to loose yourself in the 1.7 fl. oz. Spring Cherry Eau de Toilette that retails for $40 or the 8.4 Velvet Moisturizing Gel that sells for $25 and leaves you silky as well as scented, you would do yourself a disservice if you failed to sample this L'Occitane limited-edition fragrance and body care collection yourself.  Also available is the Soft Hand Cream ($10), Iridescent Shower Gel ($20), and Soap ($5).

L'Occitane's Lavande De Haute-Provence Body and Massage Gel

I uncovered an exquisite treasure when I received L'Occitane's Lavande De Haute-Provence Body and Massage Gel to review.  From the moment you open this gel-cream, you begin to relax as you breathe in those soothing fresh, clean vapors of pure lavender essential oil.

This product was grown in a  government-sanctioned area of Haute-Provence, France, where floral beauty reigns.  If only I could walk through those fragrant fields, I would feel on top of the world, taking in all that invigorating sweetness.  What a rush that would be to be surrounded by what comes in this jar in endless, overwhelming abundance!

Of course, I was tempted just to keep inhaling that potent lavender fragrance after my shower, but I started rubbing some on my neck and tired shoulders.  This was so cooling as I applied it while it also softened my skin with that calming lavender scent, only not quite as strongly as when I first opened it.

The experience was delightful as I worked small amounts over my arms and chest  next.  By the time I finished closing the jar, I felt less stressed from the benefit of this aromatherapy.  In fact, the deeper I took that scent in, the less tense and comfortable I was.

L'Occitane's Lavande De Haute-Provence Body and Massage Gel is pampering aromatherapy that nourishes your skin in the process.  This product goes beyond just luxurious skin care for the way it works on your emotional state in the process.

My nights these days belong to L'Occitane.  I now have a new bedtime ritual using this one product  since it gently cares for my skin and does so much more than I had expected.  It enables me to sleep better due to that aromatherapeutic aid of that beautiful lavender scent.

Stress is a problem in all of our lives.  I give this product a great recommendation because L'Occitane has something wonderful to help restore your sense of well-being with Lavande De Haute-Provence Body and Massage Gel.

However, I'm sure you would feel the same once you sampled this new aromatic treasure of mine, too.  You, too, would also want more of that sweet aroma and to find your way to those lavender fields as well.

For now, we have L'Occitane to get us through that need for more lavender from Haute-Provence. The 6.7 oz. jar of Lavande De Haute-Provence Body and Massage Gel retails for $35 and is something you should experience firsthand!
