DIY Foot Care Soothe and Smooth Aromatherapy Scrub Recipe

bare-feet.jpeg
Your feet will feel and look renewed.
We put our feet through a lot of abuse every day. Between standing on them for too long or walking too much to wedge them in stylish, but hardly the most comfortable shoes, we in return pay the price for it.  Since I also suffer, you probably notice how many posts I devote to restoring the health and beauty of feet with DIY foot care recipes.   Today, I want to share another multitasking one to relieve stress as well as  healing any fungal infections of the nail, disinfect with its antiseptic properties while smoothing, and softening tough skin.

My recipe has sweet almond oil to serve as the carrier oil.  It also helps relieve aches, improve circulation and rid the skin of toxins.
brown-sugar.jpeg
Brown sugar has a finer granule without roughing up hurting feet.

Brown sugar was selected as the exfoliant.  Having a finer texture than crystal structure of regular sugar, it is not as abrasive for hurting or swollen feet.

The other ingredients include tea tree oil for being an antiseptic as well as fungicide to help heal any problems of the nails and skin.

Something else that is beneficial for the health of the feet is rosewood essential oil.  I chose to add this since it is an antibacterial, antiseptic and can boost your mood. To further aid in stress-busting, I also used some lavender essential oil.

Finally, I chose to incorporate a tablespoon of honey to this DIY recipe.  Honey is a humectant that can draw moisture to the skin besides help with inflammation and fighting bacteria.

DIY Foot Care Soothe and Smooth Aromatherapy Scrub

one cup of brown sugar (any variety)
one-fourth cup of sweet almond oil
four drops of tea tree oil
two drops of rosewood essential oil
four drops of lavender essential oil
one  tablespoon of honey

Mix the ingredients in a container until well combined.

Apply to your clean feet and gently rub the mixture to exfoliate and treat the skin.

You’ll benefit from its aromatherapy through this treatment as you work, feeling more relaxed the longer you spend inhaling and rubbing.

By the time you finish using your ingredients, wash your feet and pat dry.

Your feet will feel pampered with new softness, smoothness, and energized.

Pure by Rachelle Parker! Aromatherapy Top 6 Essential Oils Gift Set – A Holiday Gift of Well-Being

essential-oils-set.jpeg
Well-being is a gift all can appreciate.

Aromatherapy has a long, distinguished history as far back as 3,500 BC. However, it was officially recognized and titled in 1937 by French chemist, Rene-Maurice Gattefosse after treating a burn with lavender essential oil.

If you’re looking for a great introductory set of #aromatherapy oils without destroying your budget, then Pure by Rachelle Parker has a wonderful option with their Aromatherapy Top 6 Essential Oils Gift Set ($19.99).  The oils are all premium therapeutic grade without fillers.

The #essential oils are Tea Tree (disinfecting and healing), Peppermint (indigestion and pain relief) and Lavender (stress aid), Eucalyptus (decongestant and antibacterial), Lemongrass (microbial and to help relax), and Sweet Orange (anti-inflammatory and another stress aid).  Each of these oils can also be used for a variety of other ailments.

There are no carrier oils added to their formula so it is important that you remember to mix with a carrier oil first.  Without diluting, you risk developing a severe allergy problem that you may never get rid of.  Therefore, do your homework about each particular oil  and the ratio of that essential oil to that carrier oil.  Keeping this in mind, you will get the best results for healing and stay safe at the same time.

Sometimes, it can be hard to find the right gift.  Yet, I think a gift such as The Pure by Rachelle Parker Aromatherapy Top 6 Essential Oils Gift Set for well-being would make a thoughtful one.  Check it out at the company’s website.

The Ritual of Hammam Bath and Body Care From Rituals Review – Aromatherapy Cleansing Makes Quality BathTime

four-Rituals-Hammam-body-care-products.jpeg
You'll spend more time in your tub to savor Rituals aromatherapy cleansing.

I am one of those people that take great pleasure in a long therapeutic bath.  Surrounded by my healing oils, salts, scrubs, gels, and soaps, I savor my private time to recover after a hard day to unwind and lose myself to aromatherapy as well as cleansing.  The other day I told you about my first experience with Rituals Ayurveda line of luxurious spa like healing products.  Today, I want to fill you in on their #Hammam products I was sent for bath and body care to bring on wellness.

I started with The Ritual of Hammam Ultra Hydrating Black Soap ($15.00).  The scent of its eucalyptus is so invigorating when you spend time with it.  This is a dark soap with pure olive that slides over the body, deeply moisturizing as it cleanses, delivering skin nutrients.  During the five minutes or so that I left it on before rinsing, I benefitted from its soothing #aromatherapy and found myself relaxing.

To be honest, I wasn’t sure if I should have started with the Black Soap or The Ritual of Hamman Body Mud ($17.00) first.  Therefore, I tried the mud next.  This product also has that fresh eucalyptus scent in its thick, black consistency from its purifying Rhassoul clay.  I rubbed my body with it and left it on for about two minutes to allow its minerals to soak in before washing it off.

Afterwards, I had The Ritual of Hammam Refreshing Foaming Shower Gel ($15.00).  This is a rich, but even more stimulating foam due to its eucalyptus and rosemary that lathered well for cleaning away any lingering mud effortlessly.

Though it was hard to leave my tub, I didn’t want my skin to shrivel and finally emerged from my peaceful bath.  I remembered I still had The Ritual of Hammam Body Mist ($25.00) to try. This really helps prolong that #spa experience with how its rosemary and eucalyptus work with your senses, revitalizing you in a way that is hard to describe.

I really like the Rituals line of bath and body with both the Ayurveda and now this Hammam line in how they work on the body and senses for balancing the body, mind and spirit. If you want to experience something more than just a bath or shower, I recommend visiting Rituals and trying these products firsthand.  They also make wonderful, thoughtful gifts when making out your holiday gift list.  Check it out!

Rituals Ayurveda Shower Oil, Body Cream and Dry Oil Vata Review: Aromatherapy for Balancing Body, Mind and Spirit

Ayurveda-trio-of-body-care.jpeg
The Ayureda line helps soothe body, mind and soul through luxurious skin care.

Ayurveda originated in India more than 3,000 years and is considered one of the oldest medical systems in existence based on the perfect balance of mind, body and spirit to maintain health and wellness.  I recently sampled some Rituals bath and body products to experience the power of the Ayurveda ritual.

The products in this aromatic line originated as a result of accumulated knowledge and ancient traditions to restore that ideal balance for total well-being.   My comforting journey began with The Ritual of Ayurveda Nurturing Shower Oil.  This makes a soft fragrant foam releasing the beauty of its Indian rose once it comes in contact with wet skin. Your senses benefit from that pleasant aroma that luxuriously pampers with sweet almond oil, vitamin E, and sunflower oil just to name a few of its wonderful ingredients.  After I rinsed off, my body was amply treated to extra softness  and suppleness.

The Ritual of Ayurveda Dry Oil Vata is what I followed up with next.  This dry oil has more of a herbal scent than rose due to its basil and assorted herbs.  I found it fast absorbing into the skin and provided soothing calm while lubricating.  I even patted a little of this oil into my just washed hair for its therapeutic benefits as well.

Last of all, PR sent The Ritual of Ayurveda Body Cream, which is supreme skin indulgence with its Indian rose and Himalaya honey.  This divinely scented cream lavishes the skin with a moisture veil that is sheer decadence.

Anyone that hasn’t tried Rituals Ayurveda line of bath and body products really should do so to feel its joy and power that it leaves you with.  Any of these products would be thoughtful to give those on your holiday gift list because they do help body and mind.

The Ritual of Ayurveda Nurturing Shower Oil ($15.00), The Ritual of Ayurveda Dry Oil Vata ($29.00) and The Ritual of Ayurveda Body Cream ($33.00) are available at Rituals website as well as a few other products in this line.  Check it out!

The Best Sleep Inducing Scents to Help You Drift Off

woman-reclining-on-bed.jpeg
This post may help you fall asleep faster and discover how to have more pleasant dreams!

Though we try our best to get enough sleep, it is easier said than done at times.  Regardless of how we attempt to block out the events of the day, they often follow us to the bedroom to make sleep a challenge.  The right scents, however, have the power to affect the olfactory receptors of the brain to calm as well as help the type of dreams we have.

Essential oils from nature are the most potent source to benefit from aromatherapy. Some experts believe the essential oils’ molecules directly stimulate the brain to influence it.  Others feel that those molecules once in contact with the blood and hormones or enzymes are what cause the brain to react with a mental or physical change.

Thus, you are always best to stick with essential oils like lavender, chamomile, sandalwood, and geranium for easing into a peaceful night of rest. If you feel stressed to the point that your blood pressure is rising, then the scent of neroli oil may help even more to bring it down.

Did you know that the scent of rose can help you experience more pleasant dreams?  According to researchers at one university hospital in Germany, the scent of rose during the dreaming state of sleep (REM) when the higher regions of the brain’s thinking processes kick in about every 90 minutes during the sleep cycle can alter the feeling of the dream.

In fact, you might want to try my DIY herbal sleep potion potpourri to help reduce stress and sleep or my DIY Sleep Spray.  They also have rose for improving the quality of your dreams.

For other ways to improve your odds of more sleep, do read my earlier post.

L';Occitane's Rebalancing Massage Cream

For those times when you're stressed but also extra tired from your grueling day, your regular body lotion or oil may not be enough to revive both the body and mind.  However, you may be interested in learning more of what I’ve just been using from L’Occitane with their Aromachologie Rebalancing Massage Cream because this natural formula used in spas may help change that for you as it did for me.

As with other Aromachologie products, the Rebalancing Massage Cream has rousing aromatherapy benefits in its light, but invigorating herbal scent delivered from its five essentials oils of cypress, juniper, lemon, thyme, and eucalyptus to rebalance the senses.  It also has horse chestnut tree extract, which helps stimulate microcirculation in the skin to bring it more oxygen among its other wonderful ingredients.

This aromatherapy-powered cream has a white, gel-like texture that is quick to absorb once it touches your skin.  The areas that I rubbed felt like velvet in how smooth my hand ran over it without excess greasiness only satisfying moisture.

I can’t say that this cream dissolved every care and ache away, but it was a pleasant experience in how it smoothed and soothed me entirely.  I will keep using it without question because it is a nice way to get a lift after a hard day.  Try L’Occitane’s Rebalancing Massage Cream ($38) for yourself and you’ll understand what I’m talking about in how it can revive so you feel like yourself again.

The first thing I did later that evening my box arrived was to turn my bathroom into my own private spa sanctuary.  I took the Wood Sprite Organic Body’s Ginger Glow Warming Herbal Bath Salts with me and emptied the contents while running my bath.  The spicy fragrance was so inviting, but once I climbed into the water, those mineral-rich sea salts, herbs, and pure essential oils specifically formulated to promote circulation started to kick in.  I started to feel my aches and tension ease up as a soothing warmth spread over me, not to say that suddenly relaxed state I was feeling inhaling that therapeutic aroma.

The New Moon Orange Cleansing Bar from Moon Valley Organics that I tried also had an appealing spicy fragrance and lathered well while caring and repairing my skin at the same time with its red palm oil, vitamin E, clove, and plantain leaf just to name a few of the quality ingredients inside.

Moon Valley Organics New Moon Orange Cleansing Bar.jpeg
New Moon Orange Cleansing Bar

The Wood Sprite Organic Body's votive candles that were fashioned from pure essential oils  are incredible for improving your mood.  There is no artificial fragrance at work, but genuine aromatherapy that you will experience.  I can’t decide which scent I cherish more–the Lemon Verbena or the Sauna Blend.

The Moon Valley Organics Herbal Lip Balm has lots of healing power from cold pressed oils, organic beeswax and vanilla and lemon essential oils.  Chapped lips don’t stand a chance with a tube of this lip balm in your possession.

I also had a chance to try out the Wood Sprite Organic Body’s Ginger Salt Glow on another occasion. What I did was to scoop some out and massaged it over my dry body using a circular motion before I was about to get a bath. This product has a finer grain texture than some similar exfoliating salts.  It is ideal for controlling cellulite with how it exfoliates and stimulates the blood flow for better circulation.

I didn’t try the Innate Arnica & Turmeric Muscle and Joint Butter yet, but the next time I ache this is handy and within reach on my night stand.  With a blend of essential oils such as sunflower, lavender, peppermint, ginger, turmeric, and arnica, it sounds capable of some welcome relief.

The Fabulous Frannie 100% Pure Lavender Oil is one that I never tried until this box showed up, but love it.  I use lavender oil for my DIY beauty recipes, burns, and just for helping me relax or sleep after a hard day.

Another Fabulous Frannie De-Stress Essential Oil Blend Roll-on currently resides on my computer desk where it will stay.  The formula smells delightful with its calming aroma of grapefruit, lavender and ylang ylang essential oils in a coconut carrier oil.

Yet, how could I forget the Moon Valley Organics Moon Melt Lotion Bar.  This herbal soap for healing dry skin came in a tin container.  First off, it smells amazing with subtle spiciness as well as a delectable vanilla creaminess to this round bar, which is highly moisturizing.  The soap has 100% USDA certified organic herbs such as calendula and comfrey in addition to its organic beeswax, vanilla, and safflower oil.

Some Great Stress-Busting Tricks to Nip Stress in the Bud!

Sad, long-haired woman.jpeg
When she is happy, her smile can light up a room.  However beautiful as she may be, her eyes hide nothing and tell another story.

Regardless of what you do, where you live, how rich or poor, or who you are, there is one thing each of us has in common–-some form of stress in our lives.  The problems may differ, but rest assured no one is immune.  After all, life is full of twists and turns to make it a never-ending challenge.   The real trick to living is learning how to manage that daily stress to better cope with the ups and downs. Though you may be skeptical, there are simple ways that you can help yourself de-stress through it all.

Before you allow that stressful situation to consume you, try redirecting your energy into a physical activity. Exercising your body, instead of your mind will help the brain to release that rush of mood-elevating endorphins for help in feeling better.  Scrub, vacuum, dance, take a walk, yoga, aerobics or get on your treadmill if you want.  The important thing is to do whatever exercise for at least fifteen minutes to give those positive endorphins a chance to kick in.

You Got to Try My DIY Bathing Beauty Skin Detox Recipe for Total Body and Mind Revival!

Bath Sea Salt.jpeg
Unlike ordinary table salt, sea salt is mineral-rich.

Our skin is our largest organ and the protection our body relies on.  Between the  environment and all the products that we apply, it can absorb some less than healthy ingredients or toxins over time.  With the recipe that I am sharing, you’ll be able to get rid of that unwanted accumulation so your skin can better breathe.

Bathing with this mix will help purge away those toxins from your body as well as  soothe your muscles due to the mineral-rich addition of sea salt.  After a long day, you also will discover how soaking with the help of this recipe will melt stress away due to the lavender essential oil.

I hope that you give it a try because it does make me feel better.

My DIY Bathing Beauty Skin Detox

1 cup of white vinegar
4 drops of lavender essential oil
2 tablespoons of baking soda
½ cup of sea salt

Add the ingredients as you’re running the water for your bath.

Be sure that you soak for at least twenty minutes, which is necessary to give the minerals enough time to do their detoxing work.

Trust me, and you'll feel like a new person once you emerge.

One Herb That Can Help Keep You Sane Through All the Holiday Chaos

Lavender field.jpeg
Lavender can be your best friend for both the mind and body.

Probably about now you might be doing some last minute shopping, baking, cleaning or still wrapping gifts as you prepare for the holidays.  Perhaps, you’re even having out-of-town family and friends on their way to stay with you.  As much as you look forward to all that celebrating ahead, you also might find all the activities and rushing to get everything done on time can leave you extra tired and stressed.  You may think there is nothing much you can do, but there is something that helps restore your mood and body--lavender.

The lavender that I am referring to is not an artificial lavender aroma from a pretty scent, but the power of the real herb.  There are quite a few proven studies on the effects of lavender on the nervous system for calming, improving concentration, brightening your outlook to relaxing you enough to bring on sleep.

Of course, you might be tempted just to burn a natural lavender aromatherapy candle that is made from its essential oil.  Though helpful, if you want to get all you can from lavender then you are better served using lavender essential oil and applying it to your wrist.

Unlike many essential oils that need to be diluted first with a carrier oil, this is safe to apply directly to your skin.  Direct skin contact of lavender essential oil has also been shown substantially reduce blood pressure, the heart rate and its temperature.

So before you get tied up in knots this holiday season, think of yourself and those you love by looking into buying some lavender essential oil for your total well-being.

Soothe Those Cares Away With My Relaxing DIY Bubble Bath Recipe!

Empty bathtub.jpeg
Soaking in a tub with this moisturizing, stress-relieving bubble bath can do wonders after a hard day.

I never experimented with making a DIY Bubble Bath until recently.  My skin was extra dry and I wanted to see how well this homemade solution would perform compared to what I had been using.  Since I had the ingredients on hand, I decided to give the recipe a shot.

In a matter of minutes, I made enough for about eight baths of this homemade solution. With olive oil, honey, liquid castile soap, and one tablespoon of lavender essential oil, this mix will produce a mild, wonderfully moisturizing lather with a benefit of soothing aromatherapy from lavender essential oil as you soak.

Though you can use any type of olive oil, I recommend the extra-virgin variety since it has stronger antioxidants of its vitamins A and E for restoring the health of your skin as it soothes and moisturizes to keep it supple.

Honey is a humectant.  This ingredient further helps in this recipe because it draws moisture from the air while warding off bacteria to better help the skin thrive.

The original recipe that I found used liquid soap.  However, I later made another batch and switched that choice out in favor of another.  I decided to use pure liquid castile soap.  Since the castile soap is pure vegetable oil olive oil, I thought it would pamper the skin that much more over the liquid soap with its unneeded extras of dyes and various other chemicals.

I hope that you try my recipe because it does lubricate the skin quite nicely while relaxing you at the same time.

My Soothing DIY Bubble Bath

1 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
1/3 cup of honey
½ cup of pure liquid castile soap
1 tablespoon of lavender essential oil

Using your blender is the best way to thoroughly combine the ingredients.  Start with the oil and then slowly add the honey, soap and essential oil to blend for about a minute.

Pour into a bottle or jar that has a lid.

Shake well before using.  You don’t need to store this in your refrigerator.

For each use, measure out about 1/4 cup and add to your tub as you run the water for your bath.

Pamper Yourself With My Soothing Homemade Milk Bath Recipe!

milk pitcher.jpeg
Milk is a healthy drink for your body and a wonderful help for your skin.

Milk has plenty of value when consumed as a beverage.  After all, it has nine essential nutrients that include protein, calcium, potassium, vitamin A, D, B-12, niacin, riboflavin, and phosphorus to fuel and repair the body. But, milk can also do a body good from the outside as a fabulous way to soothe and effectively moisturize dry skin.

The lactic acid in milk helps exfoliate and clean as you soak while its fat and protein are what makes the skin supple and silky.

At the same time, this wonderful recipe that I want to share will help relieve itching, which can be especially a problem for many during colder weather.

Yet, my recipe also has an aromatherapy benefit.  Soaking in this milk bath after a stressful day can also help with relaxation since it contains lavender essential oil.

I do hope you try this because it does the trick for improving both the condition of your skin and mental state!

My Soothing Milk Bath Recipe

1 cup of powdered milk
½ cup of Epsom salts
3/4 tablespoon of baking soda
1-1/2 teaspoons of cornstarch
4 drops of lavender essential oil

Milk all the ingredients together before adding to your tub for a leisurely soak.

Review: Purex Crystals Aromatherapy Helps Make Laundry Detail Brighter!

Purex Crystals Aromatherapy (Well-Being)
Purex Crystals Aromatherapy (Well-Being)

Purex Crystals make even your old clothes look newer while permeating them with lasting fragrance.  When I heard that the company had another variety with their Purex Crystals Aromatherapy, I was pleased when invited to test it.

I received the Purex Crystals Aromatherapy Well Being fragrance, but there is also the Energy and Serenity scents as well.

As you can imagine, I was eager to give it a try so I did a load of laundry.  These pink crystals are infused with essential oils that made its beautiful floral aroma therapeutic somehow. This may seem hard to believe, but I felt my spirits lifting and started to enjoy being in my laundry room next to that washer.

In fact, I did a second load just of our nightwear and then a third with bedding because I wanted to blissfully drift off to sleep inhaling that scent.

I am hooked on Purex Crystals Aromatherapy and definitely will pick up the other two scents.  No joke, you need to try this product because it is fantastic for what it brings to your clothes and now for brightening your mood!

Philip B. Botanical Products Lavender Hand Wash Review

**Disclaimer:  This post has been compensated through a free product (s) or monetary payment.  Opinions are solely mine. All links are "no-follow" links.**

Philip B. Botanical Products Lavender Hand Wash.jpeg
Philip B. Lavender Hand Wash

I wasn't exactly sure what it was about Philip B. Botanical Products Lavender Hand Wash that appealed to me more--the gentleness of the way it cleansed with natural botanicals or the lingering fresh lavender scent left behind from washing with it.  However, I couldn't be more pleased with how the mild formula worked on sensitive hands.

Regardless of the season, I go through a lot of hand creams with how easily my hands chap and get irritated.  Believe it or not, I get hurting hands pretty much just by doing simple chores like washing dishes.  With my delicate hands, I looked forward to trying this liquid soap because it sounded like a highly promising moisturizing  botanical cleanser with vitamins and soothing natural ingredients such as sweet almond  and safflower oils along with pure Provencal lavender as a natural antiseptic that would treat my hands with care and my mood with its aromatherapy benefits.

This hand wash produces a nice fragrant lather without being too strong.  In fact, I loved how each pump releasing that wonderful lavender scent remained.  What else I noticed after using it thorough the day was that my hands were feeling softer than they normally do, which surprised me.

This was the first product that I ever tried from this company.  Now that I have discovered Philip B. Botanical Products with this Lavender Hand Wash that I like very much, I am curious about looking into their hair care products next.

The 11.8 oz. Philip B. Botanical Products Lavender Hand Wash retails for $29.  Do check this product out because it is really like having three products in one--a convenient gentle cleanser, aromatherapeutic fragrance, and a hand softening treatment.

Stressed Or Feeling Tired, Then Try Whipping Up My Aromatherapy Bath Salts!

Life can really take a toll on us as far as stealing our energy or stressing us out.  When that happens, a bit of aromatherapy with some time in the tub can help to benefit mind and body.

This particular recipe can definitely help you feel more like your old self again because it can be easily adapted to whatever currently ails you.  Just by changing an essential oil to power it up, you can vary the formulation.

For example, if you're anxious and can't relax, lavender essential oil can be the ideal fix.

Bergamot essential oil is especially helpful when depressed.  Another soothing essential oil that comes in handy when sadness sets in is lemon balm.

On the other hand, rosemary essential oil can stimulate and energize to help when overly tired.

As to the other ingredients, you will need Epsom salt, baking soda, sea salt, and whatever essential oil of your choosing, and a carrier oil.

Remember to use essential oils safely to avoid any adverse effects.  Anyone that has allergies or any health conditions, I suggest checking with your doctor first before experimenting.

I recommend buying a carrier oil to dilute your essential oil in first such as sweet almond oil, olive oil, jojoba, vitamin E oil, or wheat germ oil, regardless if the essential oil is advertised as neat.

Also, do not make your bath water overly hot because it can reduce the effectiveness of the essential oils.

Remarkable Aromatherapy Bath Salts

2-1/4 cups of Epsom salt
1 cup of baking soda
1 cup of sea salt
3 to 4 drops of your desired essential oil diluted in 1 teaspoon of your chosen carrier oil (olive oil, almond oil, vitamin E oil, wheat germ oil, jojoba oil)

Combine the salts and soda with the drops of your essential oil that has been mixed with the carrier oil.  You might want to add a bit more essential oil (up to 8 drops) so that it has some scent, but you don't want it strong.  However, if you added too much essential oil, this dilutes when you pour this into your bath.

Writing a daily blog and being proud of what you put out always doesn't magically appear just because you sit down to pour out your thoughts on the computer. There are times when the brain is less than cooperative and could use a kick start to get those creative juices flowing again.  Therefore, I was very happy when I received stimulating aromatherapy in the mail with ADORAtherapy's Gal on the Go Mood Boost Spray in Smart.

Using pure natural ingredients created with organic essential oils, the ADORAtherapy Mood Boost  line has seven unique formulas to use scent to change a person's prospective for a better outlook.  Smart has energizing action with top notes of lemon and grapefruit to help increase concentration and clear your thoughts.

This scent is not overly crisp with freshness as it develops.  Instead, it is a pleasantly softer citrus blend with herbs.  I wish I could say it significantly increased my brainpower, however, that would be farfetched.  What the ADORAtherapy Gal on the Go Mood Boost Spray accomplished was help me relax somewhat after a few sprays to focus on the task of writing.

There is an ADORAtherapy Gal on the Go Mood Boost Spray  in Seductive, Beautiful, Balanced, Inspired, Awake, Peaceful, and Smart.  Each of the 10 ml sprays retail for $15.  This would make a thoughtful holiday gift with the right targeted sprays to help lift those mental clouds around you.
